Whether a restaurant, bar, hotel, retail space, or office - every space we artfully design is a physical representation of your favorite travels, cherished memories, and what makes you, you.

House of Form seeks to design that which does not already exist - to create and be inspired by life’s simplest pleasures. Our mission revolves around crafting an accessible form of luxury, and an intangible vibe that's ethereal and elusive, all achieved through the medium of impeccable interior design. DALA Al-Fuwaires

**Owner and Principal Designer**
Dala wears many hats: designer, entrepreneur, CEO…but she’s a true artist at heart. She's on a mission to bring your dream space to life. With degrees in Interior Design (B.S., Arizona State University) and Fine Arts (MFA, Purdue University), she boasts over 15 years of design expertise. Beyond crafting stunning hospitality and retail spaces, you'll often catch Dala on global culinary and architectural escapades. She's a pro at hosting laid-back dinner soirees for her inner circle and relishes immersing herself in the great outdoors with her husband, Airabin, and their furry companions, Simba and Kobe.

GABRIELLE Sikes

**Senior Brand Experience Manager**
Howdy from Gabrielle! Her previous experience at world-renown hospitality brands like Omni Hotels and The Walt Disney Company has translated seamlessly into the House of Form brand. When she’s not envisioning unique and creative environments for our clients, she’s chasing wild and one-of-a-kind experiences. Being a foodie is a hobby, right? If there’s a new restaurant, bar or hotel, Gabrielle knows about it (and probably knows their entire menu already, too). You’ll know Gabrielle when you visit our office because she’ll be the one asking, “Can we listen to Anderson Paak?”

JILLIAN Kelley

**Design Manager**
Introducing Jillian, a visionary designer and creative whose passion lies in partnering with entrepreneurs to narrate their stories into their physical space. A House of Form veteran of 6 years, Jillian has earned her place as Design Manager with her exceptional concept development skills, unwavering attention to detail, and a remarkable knack for anticipating our clients' needs even before they do. A graduate-turned-facilitator of Arizona State University, she holds a degree in Interior Design. Beyond her design passions, Jillian spends her weekends attending live concerts, sipping a margarita, and catching up on her favorite shows.

CAITLIN Land

**Lead Interior Designer**
Hello from Caitlin - a dedicated designer who excels at grasping her clients' visions and transforming them into captivating yet functional designs. While she was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, she sought a change of scenery (and altitude), earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, complemented by a certificate in Events Management. Caitlin's passion lies in crafting interior spaces that seamlessly blend styles and cultures inspired by her international travels. When she's not designing, you'll often find her hosting game nights with friends, sipping on a refreshing iced coffee, or taking her fluffy pup, Appa, to the dog park.

OLIVIA Ghirdan

**Interior Designer**
Hi from Olivia! She is passionate about interior design and our official accessorizing queen. Her ability to find the perfectly-curated and intentional accessories is unmatched. Born and raised in Phoenix, Olivia graduated with an Interior Design degree from Northern Arizona University. When she isn’t designing, she is either on a walk with her dog, getting in a good workout sesh, or making some homemade tacos.

CLAIRE Atkinson

Meet Claire, a free spirit with a passion for design and adventure. She's a proud graduate of Colorado State University, where she honed her skills in Interior Architecture and Design. When she's not sketching out amazing interiors, you'll find Claire exploring the stunning landscapes of Arizona. She's a camping and hiking enthusiast, and she's conquered trails all over the state. Her claim to fame? She's in the top 1% of Spotify listeners, immersing herself in music from every genre. Whether she's designing a space or hitting the trails, there's always a killer soundtrack playing in the background.
